 $165.00 every month- Medication included 
All-in-one monthly care with everything you need included:

• Testosterone medication – delivered to your home (El Paso & Las Cruces) or available for office pickup
• Injection supplies – needles, syringes, and essentials included
• Unlimited Monthly follow-up visits – lab reviews, symptom check-ins, and plan adjustments
• Direct provider support – access for questions between visits
• Optional: May add B12 Injection for just $10(Price not included)

One time initial set up fee may apply. Labs will be billed separately. Cancel anytime with notice.

Three-Month (3) T.R.T Complete Care

$470.25 every 3 months (5% savings)- Medication included

Save with three months of complete care:

• Testosterone medication (injection or prescribed formulation)
• Injection supplies included
• Unlimited Monthly follow-up visits & provider support
• Medication delivery in El Paso Texas & Las Cruces or pickup included
• Optional: May add B12 Injection for just $10(Price not included)
• One time initial set up fee may apply

Labs will be billed separately if needed. Full payment required upfront.
